scope of services


  • The Consultant will perform services as requested by the Client and confirmed in writing or through formal instruction;


  • All services shall be performed with reasonable skill, care, and diligence and in accordance with generally accepted human capital consulting practices;

  • The Consultant shall act in an advisory capacity only and shall not assume any managerial authority or operational responsibility within the Client’s organisation unless expressly agreed in writing;

  • The Client retains full responsibility and decision-making authority in respect of all employment-related matters, including but not limited to employment decisions, disciplinary actions, policy implementation, and organisational management.
